• The Technical Market Appraisal Report (PTAM) is prepared by a real estate appraiser registered with Brazil's National Register of Real Estate Appraisers (CNAI 45701), following the applicable technical standards (NBR 14653 series).

• The PTAM states a market value based on research and a justified method. It is not a court expert report, an audit, a legal opinion, nor a guarantee of sale at the stated value.

• The fees are owed for preparing the report, regardless of the value found and of whether a sale takes place.

• Delivery takes up to 15 business days, counted from payment of the fees, receipt of the minimum documentation and completion of the site inspection.

• The requester is responsible for the accuracy of the data, documents and boundaries provided, and undertakes to enable access to the property for inspection.

• Cancellation before fieldwork begins entitles the requester to a refund of the fees, less any payment processing charges. After the site inspection, the fees are non-refundable.

• Travel, accommodation and certificate fees outside the service region may be charged separately, upon prior quotation and written acceptance.

• The requester's contact details are used only to deliver the service and are not displayed publicly.

• Hiring the appraisal is independent from listing the property: it neither obliges you to advertise on the site nor creates any sale exclusivity.

• The report is delivered as a PDF, identified and signed by the responsible appraiser, and is intended for the requester's use for the stated purpose.
