Export or delete your personal data
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, revoke consent, or request deletion. The request is registered with a tracking number and answered within 15 days, under Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD).
How it works
1. You submit the request
Choose the right you wish to exercise and provide the name and email used on the site, so we can locate your records.
2. We confirm your identity
We may respond by asking for a simple confirmation via the same email or phone provided in the original registration, as a security measure.
3. We process the request and share the outcome
The response is sent within 15 days. For exports, you receive a file with your data; for deletions, we explain what was removed and what the law requires us to keep.
Export: we gather the registration, listing and appraisal-request data linked to your name and email, and send it in a machine-readable format.
Deletion: the data is removed, except what tax legislation, proof of intermediation, or appraisal standards require us to keep — in that case, we explain the reason and the retention period.
